In Australia, anyone providing immigration advice or assistance must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). This is a legal requirement under the Migration Act (Commonwealth 1958). Only a Registered Migration Agent is allowed to provide advice or assistance to a person wishing to obtain a visa.
In order to become an Australian Registered Migration Agent, Giang has been complying with the strict standards required by the OMARA. She completed Graduate Certificate in Australia Migration Law and Practice at Victoria University (VU) and has been continuing to satisfy the requirements by completing her Continuous Professional Development (CPD) every year. The dramatic visa changes that have taken place recently indicate that Australian migration has become more challenging than previous years. Through on-going training and learning, Giang is able to provide you with outstanding advice and guidance throughout your application process.
Giang is a proud Member of Migration Institution Australia (MIA), Migration Alliance and Supporting network for Registered Migration Agents.
Giang will provide her clients with strategic and personalised services that are aligned with their goals and circumstances to achieve their dream of calling Australia home.
